Job Description

Our client, a leading provider of fund administration, is seeking to approve an Administrator to work in their Company Secretarial Team.

This is a diverse role which is pivotal to the business area and is integral in establishing our client as a focused business who meet and exceed client expectations.

This role is part of a small team, providing Company Secretarial services and requires the post holder to work independently and collaboratively across the business, where you will be responsible for the day to day company secretarial services to an allocated client base.

To apply for this role you will need proven company secretarial experience, educated to at least GCSE standard, hold / be studying towards / or be willing to study towards the ICSA qualification. You will need excellent IT skills, have the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to achieve specified deadlines, prioritise work and use your own initiative.
