Job Description

Itchyfeet has a fantastic career opportunity for an Administrator in our client's Communications Team to enhance their member experience for their book of clients, ensuring that plan members receive a premium service and clear, concise communications. You will investigate and answer participant's queries, refer live FX deals, produce ad-hoc member statements and maintain member's details on core systems.  You will also liaise with other teams to co-ordinate bulk communications to plan members and deal with the responses from them, keeping information up to date and making sure any changes are circulated to the team. You will be required to be educated to A-level standard or equivalent, have administration experience, excellent telephone skills, including dealing with difficult clients and a high level of accuracy.
