Job Description

Itchyfeet are currently recruiting for an Administrator to support the Client Support Services team which sits within the Operations function under the Client Acceptance and Entity Management sector. The role is client matter support focussed and includes a range of client administrative tasks such as review of data, data inputting, screening searches and client due diligence (CDD). You will process CDD and data inputs on ViewPoint ensuring it is scanned and saved securely in accordance with the P&Ps, updating client entity master file (MF) from prospect to active and record their Business Committee Action points. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' relevant experience working in Private and Corporate Wealth, a basic understanding of Trust and Company administration and experience in processing CDD.
