Administrator – Client Support Services (6 months FTC)

Job Description

We have a great new opportunity available for an Administrator in Client Support Services to join a company which specialises in wealth management solutions for high-net-worth individuals and families.


Key Responsibilities:

Day to Day Activities:

  • Action requests for administrative support from Service Delivery teams, ensuring requests are completed to the highest standards
  • Execute processes ensuring high standards of data quality

Activity Management:

  • Executing requests within agreed timescales
  • Flag any potential SLA issues to team members / manager


  • Comply with all Group policies relevant to role
  • Comply with local regulatory and AML / CFT requirements
