We have a great new opportunity available for an Administrator in Client Support Services to join a company which specialises in wealth management solutions for high-net-worth individuals and families.
Day to Day Activities:
- Action requests for administrative support from Service Delivery teams, ensuring requests are completed to the highest standards
- Execute processes ensuring high standards of data quality
- Executing requests within agreed timescales
- Flag any potential SLA issues to team members / manager
- Comply with all Group policies relevant to role
- Comply with local regulatory and AML / CFT requirements
