Job Description

Great and varied role processing payments, data collation, generating standard reports and answering routine enquiries in order to provide compliant, high-quality service, while adhering to applicable legislation; effecting payment of annual Statutory and International Service Entity Fees for companies formed in the Isle of Man, Jersey and Mauritius; compile and submit Annual Returns for all companies formed in IOM and JSY; help set up new companies and trusts; capture and review client data on system; process payment of expenses; open new and additional client accounts; perform daily manual interface to maintain data integrity; capture minutes and instructions from client meetings; compile reports, analyse and provide statistics to Compliance team; ensure compliance with policies.
Requirements are A Level/equivalent in Business Commerce; membership of ICSA/STEP preferred; 2 years of administration experience; ideal candidate will have good understanding of all aspects of fiduciary administration. 
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
