Job Description

Exciting role maintaining data management of client/investor lifecycle, by ensuring all client and investor static data is captured, recorded and accurate in all core platforms,  share technical knowledge and experience by promoting software, value of these and other related systems and ensuring consistent usage of these global platforms; take part in static data remediation, migrations to global platforms; working closely with operations team and clients facing teams to understand fund structures from a system setup perspective; onboarding of new clients from a static data perspective; testing of system releases; take part in projects and meetings; present courses and training sessions; help resolve issues/queries on systems and platforms; data integrity monitoring.
Requirements are preferably hold/studying towards ICSA/CGI; 2 - 3 years’ relevant finance industry experience in funds/data management; experience working in a team; demonstrated skills as administrator/support role; preferably experience with Fund structures, data input and client servicing and adhering to SLAs; understanding of GDPR and risks associated with personal/sensitive data; strong academic background; general IT awareness; good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint; proactive; results and deadline driven; motivated; committed to client service delivery; preferably experience with Investran/Yardi/funds/real estate business platforms and understanding of requirements to adhere to static data change controls procedures; able to work under pressure; client focused; relationship skills.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
