Job Description

A great new opportunity has arisen within a growing team to administer a client portfolio under supervision including risk awareness, relationship management and contractual and statutory obligations; manage own billing and cash collection/debtors process and minimise write-offs where possible; complete review process for client entities and be aware of risk exposure; check, maintain and ensure accuracy of central diary system; maintain accurate and up to date records; adhere to Risk & Associated Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
Candidate will have corporate administration experience; experience providing excellent customer service and relationship management; excellent planning and organisation skills with a flexible approach to work; ability to review and resolve issues; ability to self-motivate and work pro-actively; positive “can do” attitude and a good team player; good understanding of risk awareness, contractual and statutory regulations; MS Excel skill; ability to learn systems; ideally studying/looking towards studying professional qualification.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
