Job Description

The role will require the administrator to build an understanding of their client structures and the regulatory environment in which they operate. The role would be suited to an individual with an interest in developing their knowledge in the fields of corporate governance, company law and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

Key responsibilities:

-Organization and attendance of board meetings;
-Drafting of minutes following board meetings;
-Ensure relevant filing deadlines are met;
-Maintain statutory records such as register of directors and register of members/limited partners;

Skills / experience:

-A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional environment, with a preference for financial services or law
-Experience in a highly deadline driven environment;
-A working knowledge of Company Law and Corporate Governance advantageous;
