Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their organisation to provide a high quality, efficient administrative support to their Executive Committee along with support to various departments where required, occasionally providing cover for colleagues when necessary. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to diary management, preparation for meetings, workflow support, travel planning, physical and electronic filing and organising and preparing bulk mailings to clients on behalf of marketing of other departments. If you have good computer skills, experience working with File Site and excellent communication skills, this could be the role for you!
