A large and well established Legal Practice are seeking for an Administration Assistant/Secretary to join their growing support hub based in Jersey. They are keen to see candidates who are organised, have strong communication skills and good attention to detail.
Duties will include filing, scanning, file/document management and duties will also include some diary management, invoicing and assisting with document preparation. Our client is keen to see candidates who have proven administration skills and previous office experience.
They also have additional budget allocation, if necessary to consider a more senior candidate that would ideally have some legal secretary experience and strong administration support experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
