As the Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in providing efficient administrative support for the management of property files. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing Terms of Engagement letters, liaising with estate agents, and assisting the Partner with paralegal matters as required. You must also be vigilant when handling client matters, ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering legislation and reporting any suspicions to the MLRO/DMLRO.
