Job Description

Assist in supporting Executive Committee members and Senior Managers in  Jersey and Guernsey such as assisting with diary management, preparation for meetings, workflow support and travel planning; providing admin support to various departments, prioritising accordingly, adhering to company standards and ensuring full use of electronic and document management filing systems; co-ordinating business travel, booking and provision of serviced meeting rooms, sending out invitations and liaising with external caterers, co-ordinating attendance to ad-hoc in-house presentations, assist in preparing agendas and taking and typing up of minutes from internal committees and meetings, assist in organising dinners and events for various occasions, recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, risk control and service quality, organise and prepare bulk mailings to clients, scanning, arranging Teams links through the booking system, arranging wifi passwords for visiting clients/overseas employees.
Requirements are advanced knowledge of Outlook, intermediate knowledge of Word and PowerPoint, basic knowledge of Excel; good problem solver, proficient in File Site (document management system), high standard of general education including advanced level English; high level secretarial and administrative skills; excellent communication; strong personal organisation and time management; excellent attention to detail; accurate; able to prioritise and work under pressure and to deadlines.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
