Administration Assistant – Group Executive Team

Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join a leading provider of Legal services.

 

Key duties will include:

  • Assist the Executive Assistants
  • Assist with the organisation of executive board and Partner meetings
  • Scheduling of diary appointments as needed
  • Managing correspondence and formatting documentation
  • Maintain online filing system, ensuring that filing is carried out on a regular basis  (including filing of emails and correspondence, photocopying and scanning)
  • Preparation and processing of invoices
