Administration Assistant – Global Support Team

Job Description

We have a great new opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join a leading provider of Legal services.

 

Key duties will include:

  • Typing of correspondence and formatting documentation
  • Ensuring current files are kept up to date (including filing of emails and correspondence, photocopying and scanning) and closing matters when concluded
  • Preparation of invoices, sending out to the client and follow up of payments with clients
  • Keeping business systems up to date
  • Managing client interactions
