Job Description

The Administration Assistant provides high-quality administrative coordination across Municipal Services and wider Parish functions. The role supports governance processes, committee administration, Health and Safety systems, permit administration and enforcement-related activity, ensuring accuracy, compliance and continuity of service delivery.

The role is split between the Town Hall and the Municipal Services Depot, working closely with operational teams, elected members and officers. The postholder acts as a key administrative link between Town Hall-based services and Depot-based operational teams. The role does not include line management responsibility.
