Acute Assessment Unit Healthcare Assistant at States of Jersey

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join the Acute Assessment Unit in Jersey. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant with excellent communication skills and the ability to work using your own initiative as well as working effectively within a team.

Ideal applicants will understand the importance of patient centred care. The area is a fast-paced short stay unit comprising of 20 acute admissions beds and an additional 5 Enhanced Care beds, delivering level 1+ care to patients requiring NIV, Cardiac monitoring and needing close observation.
