Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Multi-Client Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records for a diverse portfolio of clients across the Group.
• Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations efficiently.
• Be able to manage the differing financial reporting needs to strict timescales in line with the internal or external client needs.
• Client Interaction
• Identify and recommend improvements to clients' bookkeeping and financial processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in book-keeping and financial administration
• Strong working knowledge of Xero and QuickBooks
• Very Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly organised, with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
