Our client is seeking a qualified Accountant, Real Estate Funds on a permanent full-time basis, to join their friendly team, to deliver the financial reporting requirements for a range of complex clients, which may include Company, Trusts, SPVs, fund, unit trust and real estate entities as well as other complex structures. All tasks to be carried out efficiently and effectively, in accordance with our client's procedures. The successful candidate will hold a recognised qualification i.e. ACCA or ACA, have experience of producing financial statements for a variety of corporate entities within various jurisdictions and in producing consolidated financial statements to UK GAAP or IFRS. You will also have good knowledge and understanding of current industry legislations/ regulations, working practices and detailed knowledge of UK GAAP or IFRS.
