A qualified finance professional is sought to manage and oversee all aspects of OpEx and CapEx accounting, fixed asset management, and financial reporting.
Key responsibilities include maintaining the fixed asset register, managing lease accounting schedules, guiding CapEx approvals, reconciling ledgers, and ensuring accurate operational expenditure records in compliance with accounting standards. The role also covers cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations, GST and tax return preparation, and detailed financial reporting. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, especially property and technology, is essential. Candidates must hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent), possess at least three years' experience in financial accounting-preferably in retail or FMCG-and demonstrate expertise in FRS 102, audit processes, and ERP systems. Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical capabilities, and effective communication with financial and non-financial stakeholders are crucial for success in this role.
