Account Manager – Fund Dealing Services

Job Description

We have a fantastic new opportunity for an Account Manager to join an international banking group.


Key duties will include:

  • Day to day management of client queries, ensuring they are actioned efficiently with specific focus on investigating and resolving any dealing challenges
  • Work closely with Team Supervisor and Manager to understand current challenges and implement solutions
  • To work in partnership with clients, transfer agents and the wider network to review service and identify ways of enhancing service delivery and efficiency
  • Provide support to the team as required
  • To act as a point of escalation for clients
