The role holder will lead a set of key client accounts within the agency ensuring that they are profitable and growing. You'll take responsibility for the delivery of quality creative work that meets the client's needs and addresses their business problems. You'll be a champion of the agency's work and have the ability to lead and inspire others inside and outside the agency. You'll regularly be involved with pitches for new business, and be expected to approach these with both a creative and commercial mindset.
