2nd Chef at Trojan Leisure Catering Ltd

We are looking for a team player who is motivated and pasinonate about cooking. La Fregate Cafe is a busy Seafront Cafe offering a varied menu of breakfasts, snacks, homemade cakes and chef' specials.
The position is all year round with annual leave taken over the Christmas/New Year Period when the cafe is closed for 3 weeks. The hours of work are from 8.30am to 4/4.30pm 6 days per week.
Previous experience is essential, preferably in a similar type of establishmet. Consideration will be given to Chef's looking to move forward into a Head Chef position in the near future. A person who is well organised, reliable and has at least Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
Applicants must already be resident in the Channel Islands or the UK and available to start as soon as possible.
