Our client is seeking to appoint a Senior Client Relationship Executive to manage a portfolio of life and disability clients with exceptional client service, demonstrating extensive technical knowledge of our client's products.
Ideally you will have 3+ years' experience within a client services role, preferably within the finance industry. You will need knowledge of the insurance industry and / or life and disability products. You will need to be tech savvy, and ideally hold a relevant qualification (CII) or a diploma in customer services / business studies.
The successful candidate will be able to show strong attention to detail, excellent time management and prioritisation techniques, be results focused and deadline driven, with excellent customer services skills. You will need to have the ability to use your own initiative, and be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
