Our client is seeking to appoint a Customer Service Advisor.
To drive the role forward, the individual will provide an efficient and professional service to customers over the phone or online, supporting customer queries, faults, and requests for service. You will strive for customer excellence and ensure all customers are dealt with efficiently and in a welcoming and friendly way.
This role is perfect for an individual looking to take the next step in their customer service/admin journey and wishes to work for a fast-paced growing telecoms provider.
Full training will be provided for this role, but it is essential the candidates have a genuine interest with working with customers and have a high interest in technology.
